Handmade by a young talented group of artisans in Voskevan, in Tavush province. Voskevan is very close to the Armenia-Azeri border, and there are only a few job opportunities there. Most of the people in Voskevan are engaged in Agriculture. HDIF is happy to get a chance to work with the Voskevan people, creating new revenues of income.
